You will earn eBucks on the payment made with the gift card and with the CC. So yes, earning eBucks on your eBucks... boggles the mind hey?

not sure if true - i have spent about 12k in vouchers the last few months. only earn i get is when i actually have to pay in a difference (and then you only earn on that difference - eg the amount that goes through your bank account which the ebucks guys can see)

Did you swipe your eBucks cards before they started scanning your goods?

True story. I've not spent a single cent there other than eBucks bought gift cards and I am getting eBucks earn from them. The amounts are pitiful but it's there. The following was when I spent about 3.3k on a new washing machine:

MAKRO:EBUCKS EARNED eB217.00 CR

Works out to 0.65%. :erm:

What is a Single Facility - as in:
"Do you use between 50% and 95% of your Single Facility?"

Does it refer to my credit card limit or overdraft or bond?

Single facility is where your cheque account is your bond account also.

So your bond is basically loaded on a day to day account.

Does the credit card auto payment and smart device payment count as debit orders to make up the minimum of 6 requirement?

How does this One account business work exactly considering I've just accepted an FNB home loan?

Is it a special thing I need to request?

Does my home loan balance suddenly become my cheque account balance or is it more of a "virtual" off set of interest?

For FNB Private wealth, does a Tax-Free Shares Account count as an investment account for Ebucks reward points purposes?

It's a new loan application to convert an existing home loan to a one account home loan.

Is there any real benefit vs just pushing more into your home loan via debit order?

Don't have one so don't know what the main benefits are. You will however have open access to the full bond amount.

Wonder the same thing for Platinum as putting some money with FNB for TFSA would be a no brainer then.

You would put money into FNB's TFSA to earn more eBucks even if it means you'll experience far less growth than with other TFSA offerings out there?

But do not enter your PIN :p

hahaha! - yes we all learnt that one! Luckily by them time i step foot through makro's doors, all my ebucks are happily waiting inside a SMS on my phone , so that pin number wont help.

but yes i do swipe it before the time (well swiping fails on my card, but they do enter the ebucks number)
