I have my house (building insurance with them), but not house hold insurance. Will revert back if I get an answer from my premier banker aswell

Hi there. Have you received an answer on whether the insurance can go via a 3rd party and still get the max points ?

I confirmed that ... cash@tills isn't seen as spending. If you only use your cheque card for cash@tills in the month and use your CC else where, you will get 4000eb

Can't you just sweep money in and out in the same way we can manipulate the overdraft usage rules?

Can you do this? What period do you have to be deep in your O/D in to get the points? Is it a midnight thing?

Well, personally I want to try and get the most eb points possible. In the last 4 months I only used cash@Tills.

Think if you withdraw money, you wont get the cash@till eb points, but if you "spend" on your CC only (4000eb will be rewarded). That is what I think, or that is what makes sense to me

You tell it what account you have, and then tick the boxes for it to tell you what reward level it is. Very simple, but makes it easy to work these things out.

This is a first release so there are issues with it
- You can select all the tickboxes even though some of them you can only pick one in a group
- Sometimes on a fresh start the app hangs, just close it and open it again
- The layout and working of the text can be done better

I have put disclaimers in place, and I've asked eBucks/FNB as per their T&C's about the usage of their name - still waiting on a response. So it might change in name in future depending on what they say.

Give it a bash, let me know what you think and I'll fix any issues or add suggestions that you guys have to it over the next few days.
If you want a Windows/IOS version as well I can do that too in the near future.

Hi Everyone,

So I am with PC and missed the deposit minimum to qualify for RL 5 by R600. (I know, not sure how that happened). But what I find interesting is that they didn't give me all the ebucks I earned for the month that I qualified for RL 5. I received the following:

FNB PC EB REWARDS - ONLINE CREDIT CARD
FNB PC EB REWARDS - SHOPPING CREDIT CARD

Usually I receive the following:

FNB PC EB REWARDS - CHECKERS&SHOPRITE
FNB PC EB REWARDS - ONLINE CREDIT CARD
FNB PC EB REWARDS - FUEL
FNB PC EB REWARDS - SHOPPING CREDIT CARD
FNB PC EB REWARDS - AIRTIME
FNB PC EB REWARDS - SHOPPING CHEQUE

So my question is how can I not get rewarded for the month I received RL 5 even though for the next month I didn't make the cut because of not depositing enough in my account? Surely I should receive the ebucks for the month I qualified for rewards?

The second question is although I don't qualify for RL 5 do I still earn eBucks on the month I don't qualify?

I finished the update where the app keeps state between screens, and pushed it to the Store. It will be available whenever Google is done with it, so probably tomorrow.

Spent 60k ebucks today! Man, such a good feeling getting real rewards for not really doing anything different to what I'd normally do. Thanks to everyone who's contributed to this thread, it's what decided me to switch from Vitality to eBucks.
