I've received a few phishing emails today purporting to be from eBucks. Careful people ...

Re: update your contact details at least once in a 12-month period

Guys, this rule is ridiculous... do they expect people to move house / change landline numbers every year? You can't just click Update, they want you to actually change the details. I ended up just changing my home number to my cell number.

Forgot to do this and it cost me RL5 this month. Pretty pissed of.

What's the best thing to do to change your contact details?
Can you just swap your primary and secondary email addresses around?

Arg, so bummed. Noticed I must not have been thinking and used my cheque card for purchase by mistake ...2000 points docked and down to level 4 :( Feel sorry for me.
one of the tips mentioned earlier in the thread is to ensure you have different PIN numbers for your cheque and credit cards.

i updated now... I just put the same number in again (cos the existing one had digits hashed out). Dunno if it will work, but it did send me an OTP , and then a confirmation SMS that my inContact details have been updated

Why even carry your cheque card? Or if you must just swap some cards around in your wallet and keep your cheque card right at the back.
