Re: update your contact details at least once in a 12-month period
Guys, this rule is ridiculous... do they expect people to move house / change landline numbers every year? You can't just click Update, they want you to actually change the details. I ended up just changing my home number to my cell number.
What's the best thing to do to change your contact details?
Can you just swap your primary and secondary email addresses around?
How do you know when you last changed it though? Wait for rl4?change a phone number then change it back
Set your own reminder . Can't possibly expect FNB to warn us about pending arbitrary rule violations...How do you know when you last changed it though? Wait for rl4?
