How does the ADSL discount work? Do you get it taken off the following month's invoice?
Yes. Whatever your status as at the 26th, that determines your discount for the next month. They bill you on the 26th. I suppose its a bit convoluted but it is what it is.

Nah makes sense. I'm just figuring out if your first amount will always be the full amount.

No, if u are RL5 at the time you sign up, then you will get it free for the current month and the next. . I speak under correction so anybody is welcome to correct me :)

I've got 2 out of 4...

"Have you registered for inContact, signed up for marketing news from FNB, updated your contact details and receive your statements electronically only?"

Anyone know how you sign up for the marketing news? And updating your contact details, what's that about? My contact details haven't changed??

I also had two out of four. I just logged in to internet banking and updated some contact details like an old phone number. I did send a message to them re the marketing news, but honestly I can't remember the outcome :o I read here before that you need to contact them to turn it on, which is what I did.

Edit: Contacted them again to check ...

Cool, email sent to private banker and contact details changed around a little :D

@StroniumDog
I just saw that too... that looks like an awesome option since i have 2 small kiddies that still get sick a lot :-(
I think i can still buy with the voucher AND get the vitality cash back, right?
I was able to do this at Sportsmans. You'll have to test it out at Dis-Chem for us :). I'm going to activate that on Discovery and make them my preferred partner too. Their website is pretty decent at letting one know what is listed at HealthyCare stuff, in store too.

Clicks' website not so much, likewise in store last I was there. Nothing worse than playing find the easter egg / trying to figure out what qualifies at HC items.

Argh! I accidentally bought something from Amazon using the 1 click thing with my cheque card! Have changed it to my credit card now afterwards. I thought I changed it everywhere.

Maybe you can make up some points by triggering the required amount of overdraft for a night or two... unless you've done so already...

I might have asked this already so I apologise if I have forgotten the answer.

Does the Tax-Free investment account qualify for the "Do you have an FNB Investment Account with a balance of R10 000 or more?"

And as a secondary question do both the Tax-Free Cash Deposit and Tax-Free Shares Account option qualify?

My tax-free cash deposit did trigger the points last month.

With the 15% electricity benefit gone, where do I buy prepaid electricity online instead of via fnb?

How many ebucks did you earn this month. I noticed my ebucks for this month are cut in half. Time to cancel all my cards and move to another bank.. It isn't worth the banking fees I pay for this crap.

Noticed on my rewards level the following isn't ticked.
Spend at least R500 per month with your FNB Gold Cheque Card and / or Gold Credit Card(spent over R30 000) time to leave.

What level were you on before? Surely you can work your way up by using the Calculator in the Ebucks website.

I have a share saver account (Tax free), and a normal share saver account. Both doesn't quality.

It is only share builder and share investor that quality, and also normal savings products (example Flexi fixed deposit)

I'm getting about eB12,000 a month since January. With a 40% discount that's worth R2,000 a month.

I'm happy, not going anywhere!

Unfortunately there is the Checkers cap (now 20% of total spend) or else I would have moved my Woolies food shopping to Checkers as well, then I would have doubled that!
