Would like to know if my register for incontact and email statements fixed
 

Ok ... last month I saw I didn't get points for incontact as well.

The long and short story is, I added 2 new accounts on my FNB profile (a share saver and a flexi account).

You must verify both online via FNB's banking site. PM if you want more info
 
I'm on platinum so not sure.

I normally log into online banking and send a message in the contact us menu which then gets routed to my broker or banker.


If you are on platinum or higher, just ask your personal banker for a spreadsheet to verify what accounts are registered or not.
Or just ask your broker to sort it out for you.
Broker = banker = on gold package ?
 
Level 5 again, somehow more points for changing nothing this month.

Will score a mere 13991eb. Not too bad for plat.
 
Does anybody's calculator work on the ebucks.com site work? Mine either says service not available or only calculates my points but not my ebucks earn.
 
Made level 5 ,but expected more ebucks :(

Be registered for inContact, allow us to communicate with you (i.e. update your marketing consent to 'Yes'), receive your statements via email and keep your contact information up to date in the last 12 months - Still did not get those points :(
 
I'm on level 4 for some reason and I can't get the calculator to load to see why I'm not level 5. I planned everything to be sure that I'd be far into level 5 so something is not right.
 
Still on RL4 - without any effort on my part - awesome :D

Edit - looking at it now - only 500pts away from RL5.

Time to put some effort in then :)

didn't get my 1000 for Wesbank but I think that was for lack of marketing consent and/or updating details. I've asked them how the fck to update something that doesn't change. They are not sure. So have suggested a submit button online that says "I confirm that my details above remain correct" to be clicked once a year
 
Ended on level 4. 500 points away from level 5. Not getting points for the up to date insurance on the bond. I haven't sent anything but the bond was taken out this year, I remember reading that someone on here got those points with no action and their bond was under 12 months old.
 
pretty irritated.

I qualified on level 4 this month, instead of level 5, with 16500 points. Don't know how it dropped so much. I see I missed out on the incontact points, so I just went through and updated all of my account incontact settings (with the same values).

But still, that is 1000 points - how did I get 18000 last month?

EDIT: Found the problem - the following is now missing:
Use your FNB Platinum Cheque or Credit Card to shop online or swipe internationally
Minimum spend is R1 000.

It is still on the website. Guys, can everyone complain to FNB about it? Will help to get a resolution quicker.
