I think that's on the Max Points column. My points on the right column add up to 15 000. Anyway thanks for making me look at that again because I need to query the spend, I surely spend way over 3k on my credit card swipes alone, but I notice I am only getting partial points.
Lets hope I can get to 19 000 next month. :D

Errors are not unusual.

Bottom line, it's not hard to get to RL5.

Between R3 000 and R9 999-1 000 points
Between R10 000 and R24 999-1 500
Between R25 000 and R49 999-2 000
R50 000 or more-3 000

Dear FNB eBucks Department

RE: 2015 eBucks earn

Thank you so very much for the eB 278,869 (Bank Earn Only) which I have earned in 2015. I have used them to mostly puchase Makro vouchers with the occasional flight and car hire contribution.

Thank you also for my further partner earn through Tracker, Makro, Dischem, & Takealot which I can't quantify right now as it's near impossible to get a history.

Thank you too for the 3 Avis Point to Point transfers I have used, the numerous airport lounge visits (for myself and guests) and the 6 months free uncapped ADSL before I switched to LTE.

I hope that when you implement the 2016 changes, you won't cut down on the rewards too much nor make it too onerous to maintain current reward levels.

With appreciation
The Eskimo.

And then you wonder why people say other banks are better?

Agree, although to be fair FNB won't suit everyone. If you are against credit cards("they are the devil"), and/or don't spend that much then eBucks might not be for you.

I'm on PW RL5 and I channel a large chunk of my business travel/entertainment spend through my credit card and then claim back from the company so eBucks works great for me.

(BTW, I don't earn enough to meet the PW requirements but stay on PW just to maximize my rewards. If it becomes too tough at 01JUL2016, I'll look at downgrading to PC or Premier but as long as I can stay on PW RL5 that's where I'll be)

Got a call inviting me to join the LTE uncapped trial. Thought I'd give it a whirl. Wonder how much of a discount we'll get once the free trial is over.

Dammit. I want. What have you been doing to be selected?

I have spent approximately R500 on purchasing airtime through Internet Banking and I have never seen the airtime... only the transactions that went off. WTF???

i called them earlier about prepaid transactions not going through. problem with the system ( but yes - they can just block the transactions from going through rather...)

This is awesome. I signed a 24m contract with Neotel 2mbps, but if i can get free or cheap (average 10mbps) LTE for showmax/streaming, I would def not complain.

I would think the discount after the trial (if it;s successful) will the same as the current uncapped discount, ie up to 100% based on RL with maybe preferential options for PC & PW clients.

Perhaps I should call my banker and ask if he can get me to be part of the trial.

Checkers vouchers

Any1 with experience using the checkers vouchers from the ebucks shop?

I bought a R1000 voucher. Got the voucher on my app. Paid about R 600 worth of stuff at checkers. I asked whether they place the remaining R400 on a card ( like makro does) but the supervisor said No, I just use the same voucher number again to make another purchase.

Today I tried it, but it declined. Now I was told that I should have gotten a new voucher number???
wtf  I'm not going to let them get away with R400 bucks...

Take it up with Ebucks. Thats quite a chuck missing.

This is what it says by purchasing with the voucher

"No change will be paid out if the value of the purchase for which the voucher is used is less than the value of the voucher."

The way I understand it, is that you don't get cash as change. It is rediculous if this mean that the remaining value just expire!

Have always got the physical vouchers and those do work for multiple purchases.
