They give the change on a gift card.
South Africa’s biggest forum. Discuss, discover, and connect with thousands of members.
IIRC it's not possible to get change. He was given the incorrect info as you were too.
It says so on the eBucks web site and I checked on the app too.
OK, so piranha786 has recourse then? They give the change on a gift card.
Response from ebucks... In short I lost my R400! This is crap. I'm done with checkers vouchers
We do apologise for the delayed response.
Please note no change will be given on your Checkers/Shoprite: Virtual Voucher if the value of the purchase for which the voucher is used is less than the value of the voucher.
Regards,
I know there is a daily limit. But will they complain if I do it every do of the month, for instance?

They give the change on a gift card.
I highlighted at the time that this goes against the CPA and they should be challenged.
There's also nothing preventing anyone from buying a physical gift card to make up the difference.
I think there is a monthly limit of R25k. Saw it somewhere on the eBucks website before.
I tried now buying a makro virtual voucher or a makro gift card and both is restricted to max R5000
Think that rule never changed ever

can you buy 4 makro voucher card one time ?
and pay only r55 or do they charge you R55 per card ?
Also these cards are physical cards and not a voucher print out or something
He means you can't buy more than 5 x R5000 in a month.
Its eB550 for the entire delivery based on my experience. I would never pay that amount per card!can you buy 4 makro voucher card one time ?

Will buying international air tickets online count as an online shopping purchase? At R27000.00, will I earn full rate up to R5000 and only 0.6% for the remainder (R22k).
And if I rather go to a travel agent and swipe, I'll earn more won't I with the R20k earn limit?
Yes, it will be far less due to the amount already spent. Same for online shopping limit, I've shopped online already. I'll just do it online, thanks.<edit> Assuming Premier limits: https://www.ebucks.com/web/eBucks/earn/fnb-premier-2015.jsp
Therefore also 0.6% on the amount over the 20k limit. </edit>
If so, sure you will earn +/- eB1000** more by swiping at the travel agent, but then you have to ask yourself, what is your time worth![]()
edit2: ** Assuming you spent zero on anything else that would have diminished your capacity to earn on the full swipe amount based on the 20k spend limit![]()
I didn't see anything ebucks related when I was looking to open up one for my wife....so I didn't go through with itAnyone know if you can get eBucks if you have an FNB Easy Account?
