Hell, I'm just not making it through the day anymore. I feel like i'm about to pass out at my desk I'm so tired.

All my life I have gone to bed at 11ish and woken up at around 6. For the last few weeks it really feels like I need an afternoon nap. I have been going to bed at 9ish and waking up at six but the extra two hours is making no difference.

Today I had a Berocca boost with breakfast and a Supradyn recharge at about 11 and I still feel like I'm about to pass out.

What do I do?

mmmm.... I've felt like this for roughly the last 5 years... Coincided with the birth of my daughter. She's a bloody energy thief...

The summer heat doesn't help though...

Go to your GP, let the GP take your blood pressure, you might have low blood pressure.
Slightly low blood pressure can cause fatigue that is not relieved by sleeping. (less blood/O2 reaches the body/brain and causes tiredness)

My wife and I feel the same. I've never been so tired before in my life. Every day is a struggle and I feel almost emotional because of it.

I get all my vitamins, Omega 3&6, exercise and enough sleep. I do have sinus problems though. But yes I wish that somehow I don't feel this tired anymore.

drink more water... eat properly.... check blood sugar.

I'm up at 4:45...and bed after 10pm to watch tv till around 11/12.

I know my blood sugar is a little out, but not so bad that I should be feeling like this! If I skip breakfast I get grumpy as hell by 11. But if I eat it all levels out again.

I did the vitality assessment at the beginning of the year at clicks and everything was fine except my blood sugar was low-normal. Do you think it could deteriorate this fast?

LOL old age!

i also find that im not running at 90%, but i put it down to sleeping less than 6 hours a day & too much stress

Alot of fatigue has to do with diet. Maybe change it ? I've read a book Eat for your Type, where it explains that you must eat according to your blood type. And you will feel fantastic if you follow it. Apparently it doesn't work for some people, but for me, it's been an awesome change.

Kinda like the eat-right diet? My wife is big into the blood group thing. I"m a carnivore, I love meat. I think Im O which is right for meat.

Pseudo-ephedrine will solve your problem.

Where would I get some of that? Doctor?

Full Liver function test , i had the same problem a few years back and ending up being some liver infection , was on meds for 2 months

Lol, they're not exactly legal, but if you know a doc... ;) I know some people who live off that (in the medical field, because they work extensive hours).

I've had this before. It has subsided a lot since going vegan. Not that going vegan is necessarily the reason for it going away. I'm looking into an anti-inflammatory diet. I'll let you know how this affects my energy levels, but I think you should try this.

Of course exercise and getting enough sunlight helps as well. I'm currently not actually getting enough sunlight, but I do think that helps. When possible, if the sun is shining, try and get 30 minutes of direct sunlight on your arms and face a day.

Another thing you can look into is meditation.

Lol at the Pseudo-ephedrine... for the OP this is a nono... it's a mild amphetamin.

I am also in the same boat as you although I am still rather young (25). I do work in a stressful environment in a high position with staff under me but I can't for the life of me belive that stress would make it this hard to be "awake".

I went to bed at 21:00 last night and poured myself out of bed at 7:30 this morning with thoughts of "how am I going to get out of going into work so that I can sleep?".

Does this give ye weight and is it eh Vegetarian friendly (don't hate)? :o

Although i feel also fatigue'd and lazy, am also on Prednisone (20mg per day, 4x5mg) for my psoriasis so ya that could be it too hmmm.

I want winter to come :D

Pseudo-ephedrine will solve your problem.
