Top up Data depleted

We have been helping him via PM and we've been in constant contact. We're doing our best to resolve this for him.

I have asked Afrhost to investigate and compare their records to the one's I supplied them on request.
The one line answers and one line statements serving as replies on pm have served no purpose and are infuriating.
We seem to have found the date and data top up responsible for the issue but still no investigation or real help has been forthcoming.
Afrihost belong in parliament.

We are trying to assist you. As I said before, you've been talking to AfriGenie on PM and he's been giving you feedback there. Best to keep that channel as the main point of contact.

Last reply was on Thursday. It offered no explanation or assistance. What is preventing Afrihost from investigating the account and providing a report as I have asked, very simply, from the beginning ?
Also, please lose the condescending attitude displayed above, it serves no purpose.

There is no "attitude", Mike. Simply pointing out that you've been having a prolonged discussion via PM with AfriGenie, but reporting parts of it here while he is doing his best to provide you with information that is available to us. Nobody here knows the full extent of what is being discussed and what info is being provided, so best to continue to work with our rep on PM so he can assist you.

Then don't make government departments look fast...

I will always do my best to reply to each person as quickly as possible. Unfortunately there are some issues that I cannot resolve without additional information from the Client in question.
