First thing is first, TopTv thank you for the great new Paytv service, highly appreciate the service and I do understand as a flagship provider there are teething problems....

Here are some issues that need to be addressed:

First thing is TopTV to add contact details - Menu scroll down to - Contact Information (no information is visible - please add banking details in the contact information page) This is a high importance.

EPG --- I am not using an LCD, using a plain 74CM tv, and cannot barely see the text unless I am next to the tv, could you please remove the TopTV logo, change the Font Size to something bigger or change the colour...

If and only If it is possible with todays technology -- would be nice to add a reminder when your account is due on the actual MENU.

Planner/Reminder to pop up and play a sound like Reminder - if that can be set under the Settings-user sey up -notifactions

Secondly - I am not the only one that is experiencing problems in this department. Voice and Picture Sync is out - I did try edit the audio settings but not getting any glory.

Whaaaat? On a paid-for TV service? Ridiculous. I would think that would be the very first thing one looks at when testing.
 
How odd - mine is working perfectly. But agreed on the reminder thing.
And I wish they would put their schedules on their website already! That on-screen guide is a bit clunky.
 
I hope they sort out the EPG time issue soon. I found myself doing maths over the weekend to calculate what time shows on Fox Retro were coming on.

The problem with TopTv, their staff just copy and paste the Guide that they get from the states.....


I also hope they sort out that issue now, not tomorrow but today :)))))

Please note that your advise is highly appreciated and our technical team is working on the problem experienced with the EPG.

Thanks for the update.
Can I assume that the EPG times will be FIRST on the list of things to sort out?
It makes no sense for customers to have to do maths in order to work out what is airing when.
 
Hi, Toptv_wizard,

Please were in joburg can i get the top tv system?
 
Would be nice if they could include the year of a movie release on the EPG.
 
Would also be nice if you could include Season:Episode info for your series (Like DSTV do).

EG: Magnum P.I - Season 1 : Episode 14
