That is quite alarming because our retail price nationwide is R499. Please advise on which PEP stores have increased the pricing.

2. Regarding the PVR functionality, will it be possible to record one channel and watch another?

Please be informed that the TopTV kit is R499 and it includes the dish,set top box (decoder) and installation. As we will be launching on the 1st May and only our TopTV accredited installers will be installing. This is to insure that its done correctly as our dishes are placed differently from the other pay TV company.

Smart Card number and your personal details.

Just be patient when calling - it took me 70 minutes before I got through.Then another 20 minutes to get activated.
They then sent you a SMS with the details of an accredited installer in your area.
Once the installation is completed the installer will phone TOP TV to finally activate the decoder.
