I never said it was perfect, no car is. I'm saying it's not as bad as you, rusty and the rest of the 86 trolls are making it out to be. You clearly want something with plenty of low end torque (and probably DSG) so that it takes off when you mash the pedal, fine and well. Just because the GT86 doesn't suit your driving style or tick the right boxes for you, it doesn't mean it's a bad car.
It's perfectly fine up here at altitude, and much better when at the coast. The GT86 is a great little car, however the S2000 is miles better in a number of ways, hence I'm driving an S2000.
I see your thinking though. One must own a car to consider it good. if they don't own it, it's not that good. Flawed thinking.
