Hi
My boss is asking me to transport goods in my Nissan NP200,
I think the cost should include goods weight, fuel consumption, general wear-and-tear and distance traveled.
The Nissan website says my car consumes 8l/100km.

How much do you think I should be charging?

Will this be done as a once off or will it be a regular thing?

Also difficult to say if nissan site is correct. driving style, wind and weight of goods will effect the fuel costs...

Firstly ensure your bakkie is insured for business use or else if you have a accident you might not have a claim.

Then go to the AA website and you will be able to calculate the cost incl wear and tear, insurance, and fuel.

Ask a courier company how much will they charge and give your boss a discount on that amount.

Depends how far. If it's a short distance just do it for free.

What are legal requirements concerning a PDP licence for this kind of thing?

Thanks for all the replies.
This is going to be a regular thing. Goods are building material like cement, wood, etc..
