I've told you trolls that I have a seedbox VPS from TRL and that my friend has an adsl line and uncapped account with them. I on the other hand have an M-Web uncapped account. I find it bloody annoying that someone keeps going on and on about a ****ing refund :mad:

If you dont want the drama, stop going out and looking for it. As far as im concerned, some one owes me a large sum of money. This money was taken out of my account. Im not rich enough to just throw it into the wind and forget about it, but perhaps probably you are. Not every one is blessed with unlimited funds. I live in the real world, and this is a dog eat dog world friend. If you dont fight for what you want, it seems it wont come. This is a case in point. I brought this to TRL's attention early January. Now look at the progress they have made. Sweet #### all if you ask me. I have no intention to just let it go. We have mouths to feed here.

I was also raped by TRL last year with money being deducted from my account without being notified. People like Captain Morgan, sorry Rueben must be blacklisted and banned for life from doing business ever again.

We are simply letting everyone else know not to deal with these people...If you getting good service from them you one of the few lucky ones...crysis how are you contacting TRL? My emails are landing of deaf ears with no reply's. I ALSO WANT MY MONEY BACK !!

So you don't think TRLtech are in the wrong here? They have been proved over and over again to be untrustworthy and seem to be managing the business extremely badly. Btw, you do know that Reuben once published the details of a VPS Seedbox owner that started arguing with him on this forum? That doesn't exactly scream professionalism.

I disagree, this forum has on numerous occasions assisted people with resolving technical issues with SPs

Are you a moron? When numerous people are having the issues, they've called the guy on his cell and he's lied to them about writing them emails, I think it's a good enough reason to flame a company?

This is a consumer forum. I hardly think talking about a thieving company on a consumer forum is being childish.

If anything, the only person being childish here is you, Captain Morgan. You're coming into a thread created about a certain issue, then calling the thread starter childish when he gives us updates on the status of said issue. Think about it.

All you're coming across as is being butthurt because people are complaining about a certain ISP that you use.

I think his ban may be spam related.

Can you confirm this with the banner? (Assuming you can see the log from your mod tools) Would put to rest any notions of ISP rep favouritism.
 
Captain morgan, id appreciate it if you no longer post in this thread, as your actually wasting your own and every one elses time. You aren't adding anything constructive, and you are doing exactly what you accuse me of doing, i.e. bitching and moaning. The pot calling the kettle black comes to mind. If you want to vent frustration, i'd suggest you start swearing at people on youtube instead.

As far as this thread not doing anything to help, I disagree. Reuben has asked me to close this, as im sure he doesn't want the bad publicity, and I know has read it from time to time. As I have told him many times, I will do so once this matter has been resolved. Until then I will keep updating it with my progress.

Next step: see why the consumer commision is taking so long.

Does anyone know why? Running a bad business is one thing but banning the person running that business seems a little anti-competitive.
