No I have not been a client of yours, nor will I ever be, plus I am making sure that nobody I know is ever a client of yours or very shortly becomes an ex-client of yours.

As for why there is so much hate towards you Reuben, its because you lie, and steal money from your clients that you are NOT owed.

However, the question is irrelevant - I responded due to my disgust at how a company is holding illegally obtained funds ransom. (its a forum, people comment - get over it).

If you did the right thing, you wouldn't be feeling all this "hate".
 
While we did experience problems with our collection system last year, I can assure you that we have switch to a new system where this type of problems will not occur again.

In fact we have stopped processing collections for 2 months in order to switch to the new system and to ensure that everything is working perfectly.

The new system was put to work at the end of last month, after extensive testing.

We apologise for inconvenience caused in this regard.

Note that we do accept EFT and Paypal payments, so existing and new clients are more than welcome to choose any of the available payment methods.

Then why did you still debit crysis's account AFTER he'd cancelled, and mailed you etc etc... and then you still refuse to process a refund?

MyBB belongs to RPM & Co. once a thread has been posted in the OP can't delete it anymore. quoted posts can't be deleted by him either. only RPM & mods can delete "posted in" threads.

Stop wallowing and return the money to where it came from. The OP can then send you an email once the funds have cleared stating that IF you don't steal his money again he accepts that all is paid and sorted....

I call bull****..... So did you put in a new email system as well as change your telephone numbers/system because it is totally impossible to contact you bunch...in my option the only reason you now care is because you are under legal pressure to do so, correct me if i'm wrong please...

So TRL, i ask you this in much frustration, are you now willing to refund MY money which was double deducted off my account? Are you willing to communicate with your clients once again? Clearly you are not interested in doing so because my emails and phone calls are unanswered. FOR MONTHS !!!

It was explained to him that we require 1 month cancellation notice, meaning that his account terminated at the end of January 2012.

A collection was done for the month of January 2012, after that no further collections were processed against the bank account.

This was explained to crysis when he queried the payment for January 2012.

If I cancel in December, I expect a payment to be made at the beginning of January and then my account to terminate at the end of January and no further payments to be deducted.. but you did just that (to the tune of R900) in February....

TRL (Reuben) we are not buying your BS... you have stolen that money from crysis (and from many others if a cursory check on the web is anything to go by). Do you have a house and car that is beyond your means that you need to pay off or something that means you need to steal money from your clients and ex-clients?

Why don't you go back through your tickets and find all the ones where you've double debited people and refund them the money that you owe them.... again you are trying to make your clients and ex-clients do your leg work...
