The contract is null and void if they have breached it themselves... you do not have to worry...

I wonder what a lawyer would do with this now that they made you sign a contract and then breached it themselves..

I have very many choice things to call Reuben, but numbnuts is about the most tame thing i can come up with... He puts himself into a precarious position, tries to dig himself out while making it worse, then actually gets the ex-client to sign a contract.. and then breaches is himself which just makes its 1million times worse for him.

Reuben, refund crysis his money.... stop dicking around, stop saying you never received the request or anything, you are pulling delaying tactics... all you are doing is quickening the demise of your company, which I can only think will be bad for you because you seem to rely on the dodgy income you steal from ppl...
 
Maybe crysis should do a Hitler parody of Reuben contemplating his refund... ??

Well that was expected. Reuben closed TRL and ran off with whatever money he made. Don't think we'll be seeing TRL tech again. I just hope that Reuben is caught.

If thats the case then I'd advise everyone who's been ripped off to open a case of fraud.

Actually... they should do that anyway if he still hasn't refunded them.

Just a note Reuben, I've copied and pasted all Crysis' and your correspondence in this thread. If you do refund him and force him to take this thread down, I'll just post it all back and omit his name. Your contract was for him to remove all his negative comments about your [-]corruption[/-]company. I, on the other hand, am under no such obligations and can post it right back as long as Crysis' original posts and thread gets removed.

Also, yes, you are thieving scum. When we backed you into a corner you simply left the thread and didn't come back. You should be ashamed, and if you have any children I hope that they one day see what a cheating, lying thief you are and shun you for it. Stealing other people's hard-earned cash is inexcusable and you deserve no pity.

Incidentally, that's how I noticed it as well. Was trying to see when last he was active on the forum. :P
