TRLTech 4meg uncapped speed issue

I've signed up for the 4meg service from TRLTech that was on promotion a few days back. The problem is the speed doesn't go more then 1meg when doing speed test. Same server with my FnbConnect account and it goes to 4meg with no hassle. Tried to call but no one answers. Opened support ticket with priority on High but no response.:confused: Anyone here using TRLTech as ISP?
 
Try and pm Reuben@TRLTech

It's never a good sign when companies don't answer their phones though.
 
Ask to be moved over to Cybersmart, in the original link there was mention of network problems.
 
My altec account is still going full speed with them.
The bcsnet accounts never performed well for me.
Give him a pm
 
TRL Tech is currently relocating offices, have forwarded your complaint.

Can you be more specific in which uncapped product you are referring as they resell BCS, Altech, Cybersmart, Vodacom, etc....

You can also PM Reuben or TRL Tech on this forum or consult their website...
 
Thanks for the replies. Reuben assisted with the problem. And as said the BCS accounts are troublesome.
