Two overcharges! Hows it possible?

Got an invoice from IBurst today saying we owe R599 for November, and we cancelled the last month of September... So October should have been our last month... Time to phone IBurst.. :(

Also got Telkom account, and they charged R404 for installation but they did nothing, and I asked for self install.. Time to phone Telkom as well..

Doesn't matter where you go no-one is competent!
 
I believe a self install rate still applies with telkom, so that might be correct.
 
Well I read here at the time I ordered ADSL that they don't charge you for a self install.. They can't exactly justify charging R404 for plugging my line into a different placed in the exchange and clicking a button :/

Best to call 10210 Telkodemonopolies Billing Expiries, and get a dispute logged.

BTW, are you sure it is R404.00? - the beast increased the ADSL ripoff installation fee to R437.50 [VAT included].
 
Telkom just loves your R440 installation money... The techie propably bought himself a 3x 2Liter coke, and hamburgers for his whole department/
