Not sure where you're based and if you're planning on buying bulk cable and terminating the ends yourself or buying premade up cables but try one of these guys:

Scoop.co.za
DBG.co.za
geewiz.co.za

Uniterm (dbg) will give you a nice price if you ask them about a MyBB discount #justsaying

I am going to get it from their online shop, 2x AP's and 2x 25m Outdoor Shielded & Grounded CAT5e Cable should do the trick?

Outdoor cable is a b1atch to work with - rather go the route of using PVC conduit and regular indoor cable.

Oh and make sure if you use conduit to do it properly... this was what I found at a client (done by some other installer):

Use UTP, unless it is working in a noisy environment.
Shielded cable is not meant for outdoor. Use UTP in conduit.

EDIT: 1. And lightning protectors.

2. Avoid shielded cables if you have no control over AC power lines. Shielded cable will almost certainly create ground loops between power lines.

Can you post a link of a suitable cable about 15m that I can just lay in the roof (I don't really think conduiting is necessary?). Never thought cabling was this technical?!
