Understanding a Credit Report

Your link above mine has it "free report, no scoring", what is the scoring mean seeing its a separate thing to the credit report itself?

Oh, each credit bureau have a formula to create a score (differs from credit bureau to credit bureau) that can be used to compare you score against other people or earlier reports of your own.

Some credit bureau give it with their free reports, others don't and you have to pay for a credit report that includes scoring for that credit bureau.

There is a whole thread about people stating their scores:

The same thing happened to a family member. He stopped debt review in Dec 2014, however when he pulled a report his score was very low due to lots of +150 arrears even though everything was paid according to the agreed terms during debt review.

Anyways, he also tried to get a car after debt review but was denied. African Bank gave him a credit card (the only bank who would give him a cc) and for 3-4 months he paid all his expenses with the credit card and at the end of the month paid all the money back into the credit card. That boosted his credit score quite alot and he was then able to qualify for vehicle finance, at a ****ty rate, but he qualified nonetheless.

So maybe try get a credit card, use it wisely for a few months and then check your score again.
