Unshaped vs. Shaped

hi

can anyone please tell me if unshaped DSL is also uncapped?
i've visited numerous websites but their information is all so unclear.
some say it is, others don't mention it and some say it isn't.

unshaped and uncapped is 2 very different things. So unshaped can be capped or uncapped.

but then all the pleps will use to lines with good ping times to download pron while you are trying to frag somebody

unshaped = not shapped (shaped= limiting "traffic/per second" or throughput based on priority of protocols
uncapped = never ending internet,always on. Normally only economically viable to telco's by shaping the data..but inclines in its most distorted view that you should always be able to access
