It's the Vista traumatization pack

Had it installed on my PC, removed it because it made things pretty - and slow as well...

Had it on one of mine boxen as well. Got so used to it that I forgot I had it and only since 3 days ago when I had to format and re-install do I realize how much of a drain it put on resources

Transformation Pack is awful, and even worse to remove. The best thing to give XP a Vista look is Windows Blinds or Bricopacks Inspirat. You can also get the additional Flip3D add-on to give you the Vista alt+tab effect.
