Urgent help required - Telkom issue!

maybe setup a 3g link at work, then setup a Remote Access from Home, then send the email from your work addy but from home..uhhmm now I'm confused.

On the other hand there was a list the otherday on the ADSL section of telkom technichians. I saw Debbie2 helping with it...maybe that would help if its a Telkom side fault.

Thanks, but the 3G resolution wont work apparently. Can you point me in the direction of the thread you are referring to with Telkom techies details? Thanks...
 
yeah one would think so....gmail is.
you not trying to enter your full email addy ?.....looks like name should be only up to the @
 
Have you got a reference no for the fault? And what is the fault exactly?
I can try to forward this to the relevant customer rep for your area.
 
Thanks guys - resolved finally

Hey guys,

The issue is finally resolved. After numerous calls, complaints and being down right adamant that the issue will be resolved today, they finally sent a technician who spent 10 minutes on the premises and resolved the problem.
