Pretty sure that's a reference to Ron Johnson (R-the Kremlin)'s Burisma report.

Ron thinks it's still 2019 and he's upset that Covid meant he couldn't take his regular July 4th trip to Moscow.

They are leftists but they don't represent Democrats. Joe Biden and BLM/Antifa are about as far from one another politically as you can get.
