Sad yes... and is orangemanbad policy to blame for the other 10000 or so other deaths recorded over the 2 decades, or just this one? and does he get a thumbs up from you for the 3k or some migrants rescued from drowning every year or is that #thanksobama? Reality, migrants have been drowning crossing long before trump was around, and thousands are saved yearly long before trump was around. Translation, your TDS is showingNot for sensitive viewers.

Your dear Orange Führer has a unique policy towards immigrants.
It bothers him that his deportation numbers are lower than Obama's, .....probably lower because he's filled the jails with them.
He likes telling more recent immigrants to go back to where they came from, maybe he's thinking of deporting Melania and just sticking with prostitutes.
Maybe he doesn't want to expose Melania's visa abuse.

Why are people supposedly worried that Donald Trump wants to deport Melania?

The whole point of a single player is that costs go lower for everyone, including the well employed. My father in the US pays something like $10k a year in premiums. M4A would remove that cost and replace it with a much lower cost in the form of a higher tax rate.
Taking into account both the costs of coverage expansion and the savings that would be achieved through the Medicare for All Act, we calculate that a single-payer, universal health-care system is likely to lead to a 13% savings in national health-care expenditure, equivalent to more than US$450 billion annually (based on the value of the US$ in 2017). The entire system could be funded with less financial outlay than is incurred by employers and households paying for health-care premiums combined with existing government allocations.
This shift to single-payer health care would provide the greatest relief to lower-income households. Furthermore, we estimate that ensuring health-care access for all Americans would save more than 68 000 lives and 1·73 million life-years every year compared with the status quo.
Lol. Because 'grand government projects' are known to keep within budget. Oh wait....
Just look at the proportion that the NHS sucks up in the UK every year...
Uh-huh...

You hear it all the time: American health care spends more money and produces worse outcomes than many other developed countries’ systems. But why? What have other countries done to achieve universal health care, to cover everybody, that the United States has not? And what are the consequences of those choices?
To answer these questions, Vox reporters traveled the world last fall to see other health systems in action, talking with doctors, patients, and government officials to get the full and often complex picture. Everybody Covered takes a closer look at a single-payer plan in Taiwan, a private-public hybrid in Australia, supercharged Obamacare in the Netherlands, the vaunted National Health Service of Great Britain, and an innovative hospital budgeting scheme right here in Maryland.
