Why are you being so deceitful and dishonest?

Trump said no to a request for MORE JUDGES. You are well aware of this, but claim Trump doesn't want any judges... wow...

Yes, Trump doesn't want judges handling immigration cases. Those are his words.

“They came to me three days ago. ‘Sir, we’d like you to sign this order.’ What is the order? ‘We need five thousand judges on the border.’ I said, ‘Judges?’ What other country has judges?

I don’t want judges. I want ICE and border patrol agents.

When somebody comes in, we must immediately, with no Judges or Court Cases, bring them back from where they came.

Anything else is twisting the facts because you're wrong. In your own words:

You assume things. He's (sic) stance on it is the correct one.

You keep screaming those words as though they mean anything.

Back to post 5604(edit, wrote wrong post number)

You keep cutting his words down to make your point, a fraction of the statement, I keep quoting the rest of it...

Hiring many thousands of judges, and going through a long and complicated legal process, is not the way to go – will always be disfunctional [sic]. People must simply be stopped at the Border and told they cannot come into the U.S. illegally.

We cannot allow all of these people to invade our Country. When somebody comes in, we must immediately, with no Judges or Court Cases, bring them back from where they came. Our system is a mockery to good immigration policy and Law and Order.

The context is all there. Keep telling yourself your half truths

You can comprehend that exact thing you just posted right?

Again, they asked for additional judges, Trump said no, he would rather employ more border control and ICE. You are confirming what I'm saying... I don't know if you're trolling now. You can't be this stupid, you are a pretty smart guy.

It's not a fraction of a statement. It's two completely separate statements that you're collating as though it means one thing.

Really? Because it sounds an awful lot like Trump is opposed to having immigration judges at all and finds the whole idea that the judicial process could thwart his anti-immigration policies immensely frustrating.

There it is again... assumption and feels ...

The context is there. You posted it. Being obtuse about it doesn't make you right

I'm done with you... thats your statement you posted as 'evidence' now its two separate statements

Clearly we can't have this as an honest discussion

I think a lack of the regular liberal circle jerks in this thread is an indication that they too realized Cerebus has lost the plot completely

Haven't ignored any responses. You have yet to show me one that says trump says 'due process for some, lock them up for others' he's never said lock people up without due process or don't follow the law. Your guys inability to see that you have yet to provide anything as evidence to support it with the pages and pages of quotes you've provided is astounding

No i dont have to find a quote where he says it, i only have to find examples where he pushes it, which has been done multiple times for you.

No dog in this fight. Couldn't be bothered to see what this collective argument in semantics is on about.

He did actually say it:

Take the guns first, go through due process second

The real problem is, Trump doesn't often know what he means because he isn't entirely clear on the finer details of how the law works in cases like immigration. He makes up completely arbitrary facts and loves to say shocking statements. I don't think any of his statements are articulating real policies, because when you get into the details of how the system works he falls apart on the basic facts. But you can certainly say that his statements show a general contempt for the due process rights accorded to non-citizens, and when he calls for HRC to be locked up, it's a presumption of guilt that's completely the opposite from his calls for due process towards his allies like Kavanaugh.

No need for a long winded post.

I actually agree with him when it comes to guns. If a person has a gun/guns and he's a threat, remove them now and fight his rights in court later. I see no issue with that. But let's get back to this immigration issue you have... no need to change the topic now.

To be honest, I've said pretty much all I can say on that, in about 20 different ways. I managed to refrain from calling anyone a liar, or an idiot, or drunk, and I did a ton of research and cited multiple sources which you couldn't be arsed to do because sneering and twisting my arguments was good enough for you, and I received plenty of abuse in return, and I'm about done with it.

HRC to be locked up, it's a presumption of guilt that's completely diametric from his calls for due process towards his allies like Kavanaugh.

They were diametric because in Clinton's case there was actually objective and verifiable evidence of misconduct.

In May 2016, the State Department's Office of the Inspector General released an 83-page report about the State Department's email practices, including Clinton's. In July 2016, Comey announced that the FBI's investigation had concluded that Clinton was "extremely careless" in handling her email system but recommended that no charges be filed against her.

We're not the ones deluded here though. You are reading something, quoting something and then say something else...

Your feelings might be a bit hurt, but seriously, you have to somewhere have realized you're talking utter rubbish
