Hi there I have a 10mbps uncapped line so far for Jan saix.net shows 452gig usage but telkom customer portal shows 720gigs even shows that on a particular I used 110gig which is impossible to do at 10mbps. Been to telkom direct store which confirms saix usage report and directed me to technical support which is atrocious and answered me as if reading responses from a predetermined answer sheet I was advised to contact [email protected] which I did before contacting them only to be told that it take 7-14 working days to get a response
