Now, is there an easy way, when making a reply, to turn OFF e-mail notifications of new posts in the thread you just posted in?

For many threads, like posting speed test results, entering competitions, or declaring that you've done surveys, that's just no longer necessary with this new feature. I know if I win a competition, or someone wants to specifically respond to me, they'll tag me.

Note: I don't actually want those notifications OFF by default, because if it's an actual discussion I'm interested in, I want to be e-mailed when people post. I just want to quickly SWITCH them off before I hit the post button, for those threads when it really isn't necessary.
