username and password

hey guys I have this problem my internet connection seems to be giving me some problems. I get the error MSG error 691: access was denied because the username and password was invalid on the domain. I have tried both accounts but they do not seem to work. The Adsl lite on the modem is on so everything is working find. It seems the problem is somewhere else. Ps I'm typing this from my iPhone any suggestions will be apreciated thanks...

yep it's the same as yours, maybe the problem is at openweb? But it can't be...because I'm running an axxess account with a atlantic prepaid. Acc

I'm having a similar problem too, my Mweb ADSL account return with the following message, I have no idea why, the username and passwords haven changed, and I can login to the website to check my mail.
