Using an iPhone made me realize why I love Android

point is I have an idiotphone that's basically a fancy hotspot most times,
so many things are better on android, the list is endless.

Idiotphone is just an idiotphone, got nothing for you if you like tech.
its like Microsft BOB or something for Idiots to use.

while on android you have 10 options, idiots like 3, and that's what you have on idiotphone.
for instance, I want my Battery icon like X, sorry you cant change it,
I want something other than 20 ringtones, nope sorry its an idiotphone.

same deal on and on it goes!

can only imagine the pain and suffering of some people who convert and defect.
 
Always funny when "they" say the Iphone does not have the best camera, the best screen, battery, operating system or whatever.
But they cant give us an example of a phone that does. They want to compare specs of 1 Iphone against a trillion androids phones.

Wow a Lidar scanner. Go to the mall and ask how many has used it, or even knows what it is. Bet you wont find many. Maybe Engineers may know.

120hz, so is it a phone or a gaming device? Most wont notice this in Candycrush.

NFC yes they have. They also support Snapscan (if you use it more local)

Dogee isnt reliable. You dont have to buy the bottom of the barrel junk. You can get an older iphone that can save you well your entire contract price (bet you dont use your free minutes always - because these days we just do whatsapp calling - and yes I taught my parents that on their Iphones, and how facetime works etc. So rather than R400pm calling to Australia, they now do it....for free).

So yes there are great new gimmicks that can do stuff, but do you honestly use them or need them for an extra 22k. Seriously you would justify spending 22k for a Lidar Scanner or a faster refresh rate while playing Candy Crush? Or because it makes your colleagues and friends go, wow you got an iphone 13 pro, because their iphone 12 pro is obsolete. Because.

It has a huge leap in battery life (yes the best battery ever on an iphone...no duh its the newest...so cool right?!) , it contains an A15 Bionic chip (what that honestly means who cares...but its an A15 bionic chip..sounds so cool right?! ). And its like 3x better than your 12 pro (which you just got due to delays..so bin that) A new dual camera so you can take the same photo...wait for it.....twice. yip twice, so much better than taking it once.

Its got Groundbreaking filmmaking, yes you can be Spielberg (if only you took proper acting classes). Its got iphone shield, but watch out, you will probably still crack and break it if you do drop it.

So a while ago they made this movie to rip off Bill Gates, but its all Apple. And my Apple friends hate this, because a lot will admit. It's pretty true.


Watch it. And honestly like most people they would just mention all the sales talk, and have no clue WTF it actually does.

Only true if its the latest Iphone, not the previous model which you only got now due to shipping delays. When you get the newer model next year, the one they launched now would be obsolete according to them. So best to trade it in. Because you dont want to be left with an inferior iphone.

From all your posts in the various threads there is only one thing that stands out: aesthetics. It's more about layouts, icons, widgets, backgrounds and stuff, than actual functionality. But I suppose that is fine, if it makes you feel better.

If you use Android, stick with it. If you use iOS, stick with it. Once you're deeply embedded in either ecosystem, change is painful. That said, Apple's ecosystem certainly does feel more polished. I'm not about to tell anyone to get an iPhone though.

but when I switch between the 2, its like coming home on android, everything works the way you expect it to.
if I want to copy music, no probz, how do you want to transfer, Cable, BT, ShareIT, memory card, OTG stick how buddy?

And you can swipe left in any Apple app to go back. If other developers don’t want to use that it’s up to them.

I just wish there was a decent small android phone. I've been eyeing out the iPhone Mini or SE, even though I've always used Android phones, simply because I want a small phone with decent specs
