I recently ported my number from Vox to FreshPhones as i am leaving Vox at the end of September.
Vox VoIP worked no issues, but something is blocking FreshPhones.
Using Zoiper on my phone on mobile it connects no issues, but the second i connect to Vox via Wi-Fi, it looses its connection.
I can telnet into sip1.freshphone.co.za on port 5060.
I contacted Vox, and they said i need to forward the port. I did so (although the connection worked on other networks with the ports not forwarded) to no avail.
Vox said they are not blocking anything.
Anyone dealt with this?
