VDSL Upgrade Issue

Hey if anyone can help me with a problem I'm having with afrihost when upgrading from 10mbps to 20mbps. They reporting that telkoms assia system is noticing off SNR data and doesn't update my profile so that my line canbe stable. I live less than 1km away from the exchange and the SNR and ATTUATION are rates for even 40mbps. Is there any way to bypass there assia system to upgrade? It's been 3 weeks since application and still stuck on 10mbps.

I heard that you are able to request Telkom to disable Assia on your line. Maybe give them a call and try that
