Vehicle accident while parked

The main reason why the vehicle have no insurance is because I bought it in December, we in an accident in January while busy preparing it for Roadworthy and on to my name, it is however road legal until November. Since the driver of the vehicle were driving a company car, I have to sue the company.
 
All my other vehicles are insured, and I understand how valuable it is to have insurance. My main point is not about what happened, but more about finding a respectable attorney in Cape Town that deals with this type of things.
 
I remember years ago when a contractor reversed into me driving a work bakkie at a filling station and damaged my rear drivers side passenger door.

I had to fight for 4 months to get my money so that i can repair the car and during that period drive around with a damaged door.

three months ? so no repairs are done whatsoever ?
