Visitor Sign In / Log information

Hi All,

I am looking for a software which can run on Windows OS and which can capture the information/details of visitors when they enter the premises. This is to try get away from the old style of writing these details into a book where pages go missing and get torn etc etc...

Does anyone know of something which works well and is user friendly? We also want the ability to take a picture of the guest with a webcam and for that picture to be attached to the "profile" for that visitor.

Secondly, i have no problems paying for a software... If the free one does it all then of course that's first prize, but if it "sort of works" then i'd rather spend some cash and pay for one that does...

Nah have not used anything like that before. A lot of google hits seem to point to lobbytrack software I think.
 
If you got the webcam already, you can try to just make a video. Ask questions like who to see and whats their name and record the video. Done. That is what PnP office park does in Bedfordview.

Thanks for the suggestion, but the client isn't really looking for such a procedure... He'd prefer to have logs.
