Vista windows mail

hi! im currently using my vodacom phone to connect to the internet on my laptop, while im waiting for my adsl to be installed. im trying to connect my emails using windows mail. i have entered the correct passwords etc, but it gives me a pop up "logon to pop3.telkomsa.net". if i enter the username and password it gives me the same pop up when i try to send and receive. Am i doing something wrong? Any help on this would be appreciated.

make sure your username and password i correct... tripplecheck it seven times lol.

Remember, your username for email is not the same as your username for connecting via dialup/adsl/etc.

Your username would be as an example: [email protected].

Check that the capitilization of your password is correct as well.
