Funny how there is no comment on the absolute rubbish BIS speeds 
Me and my friend both have the BB Curve 8520, his on Vodacom and I am on Cell C. We both downloaded the exact same file and my speeds wher 27Kbps while his was 4Kbps. This was during the day and he lives directly opposite a Vodacom tower. Our phones where next to each other. I have first hand experience as I was on Vodacom before and my BIS was barely usable, but I ported to Cell C and my speeds are flying.

Yes but according to jannie there is no problem all has been fixed. 
Was in the car just near Fourways crossing when I wrote the above, took me about 5 minutes to get it posted.

Lol at the rolleyes. Give Jannie a chance to respond. He's probably busy with other stuff. Not everyone lives on these forums. We just visit from time to time when we get a chance.
