I phoned them this morning and apparently a technician was put on the case. Will see what happens. At this point in time I want them to reimburse me.

My experience this weekend:
Friday and Saturday evenings 7-10 pm the same reduction in download speed (less than half of full speed) and increase in latency (>50 ms) as has become the norm these days.
Sunday evening it was much worse, with the download speed dropping to ~5 Mbps (on a 40 Mbps connection) and lots of packet loss - could not even stream Netflix. Back to full speed at exactly 10 pm.
Saturday and Sunday during the day speed and latency were normal.
Twitch still does not work at all at any time.
My self, it seems okay for nowSeems Vodacom is giving our issue some attention. Twitch is back and running, holding our breath to see whether the 7pm-10pm speed and latency issue is resolved.
