Vodacom fibre

After they fixed it our fibre is now much better. Getting great speeds and I hope it continues being this good. I still get some dropped packets but not that many.

Lol and I am waiting patiently for my fibre to be installed

I haven't had my fibre for long. When it works well it's great but this is now the second time in a week with no access. And I have to wait until tomorrow before I can have any feedback. It's frustrating.

Oh yeah, the customer services sucks ass ..

So someone from universal projects contacted me and said they will come install my fibre today, are they contractors for Vodacom ? , anyone dealt with them?

It's possible. I can't even remember the name of the company that came to do the fibre install for me. I just assumed they are contractors for Vodacom.

Complex already had Fibre, just had to be connected into our unit. Was done in a few hours. Activation took a day or two, can't really recall.

I am waiting on greencom to be installed in my complex, for the same price as Vodacom I can get 50 up and 50 down uncapped .. will only get to test Vodacom network out once I am back in JHB

What is the IP address to login into this router, can't seem to find it
Ip address would be your gateway address. Your could right click on your network adapter and click on status to see it or press windows + r then type in cmd then press enter then type in ipconfig to see the gateway. But all of that is a waste of time as vodacom changes the login detail for their router.
