Knott-Craig said Vodacom expects mobile number portability, in itself, to exhibit teething difficulties and may results in a downward pressure on tarrifs, albeit temporary.
It is only been since Friday.
MTN + Vodacom I've not seen anything of, in fact it does not exist almost.
Virgin Mobile’s Nicholas Maweni said the network “had seen huge numbers of people move to Virgin, and this is obviously just the beginning”.
It's going to pick up. Remember, most people (like me) will wait for their contracts to expire before they move provider.
Anyway Knott-Craig - the most expensive waste of time is Vodacom supporting a bunch of Super 14 losers instead putting more people in their call centres. To wait for 45 minutes before a call is answered is unacceptable.
I dont think many people will switch. You chose your service provider cause you wanted to not becuase you had to.
is it just me or are they day dreaming?? what a joke.
Its taken months and months for the big players like Vodacom to introduce number portability, we've been waiting........ for them. Now the have the cheek to get annoyed because we don't switch ASAP. I say make them wait for as long as they made us wait for this service. Make them pay!
