That's 3.2MB/s?
Check sig.
26Mbps on LTE isn't that great though.

I think vodacom limits the connection speeds in most areas to those speeds.. Was in an area with lte-a and had almost identical speed..

Unlikely is most probably the spectrum limitation they have on band 3. Vodacom is mostly using Rain for their LTE-A coverage and I have yet to see LTE-A on their own network maybe at certain points but not widely available. Any LTE-A that includes carrier aggregation with band 38 is Vodacom roaming on Rain.

MTN also has a lot of LTE-A coverage surprisingly using 5MHz refarmed 3G spectrum from 2100MHz.

Wow, that's 72 Megabyte per second. I assume you mean Kilobits per second.
8 bits = 1 byte
1024 bits = 1 Kb
1024 bytes = 1 KB
1024 KB = 1 MB
1024 MB = 1 GB
1024 GB = 1 TB

So the P8 Lite got 9Mbps, the Vodafone was in bits or bytes? If bits it was 3Mbps, so 1/3 of the speed, if bytes, it was 24Mbps, therefore 2.5 times the speed.

DUDE Dude it was 9 Thousand Kilobytes cause the OOKLA speedtest app was set to kB/s

Could be slow DNS. You shoult try forcing google dns and see if that helps but if the connection is fast but slow browsing it's usually a DNS issue
