Vodacom MNP problem!

Yup 2 I originally purchased from PnP, then 2 the store tried with, then a 2nd set I purchased at the store and now todays 2. So yup 6 useless sim cards in hand, and hopefully the final 2 are really the final 2 that work. But this is minor in comparison to the month I've had so far, just inconvenient.

I know you said I can test them at 8pm, but I've decided to wait until after midnight if I'm still awake, or tomorrow morning.
 
It should be alright to activate them now...but if you feel safer doing it even later then that is your call warwick.

I also really hope this is now the final solution for you. If not, then post here and we will take it further. But lets hope it does not get to that. I have checked on the system and when entering the two numbers on the system it picks it up and the status is "ported in" which means that the number is now ready to be activated.
 
Guess what... They're activated and working. Tested outbound calling all fine, inbound works fine from Vodacom network, other networks I imagine will follow tomorrow night.

Brilliant....so glad you sorted. Sometimes it takes a while for the routing of the number to be updated. If you cant receive from other networks by tomorrow afternoon...shout so we can log it with the relevant department. :-)

VD....I am warning you about the potjie kos thing you starting here. Just keep in mind that your office is just down the road from mine. hehe.

All complete now, including incoming calls from all networks.
