I had the same problem. Could log onto some site, but most of the time I could not get anywhere. So bad that I could not even log onto Vodacom itself. I thought that my notebook was at fault and was on the point to re-install from scratch. Wish vodacom can at least let us know when there is a problem with the network. It was working fine now for 20 minutes, but once again it start to play up again. Can't even get into news24.com

I can't access most overseas sites, yet I am able to send/receive e-mails via my mailserver in Texas.

Still very slow for the sites that I am able to access, some of which are hosted overseas.
Unable to access e.g. CNN and SKY.

Still very slow. I managed to access CNN eventually, but it took about 3 minutes to load.
Did a test on speedtest.net and it's below half of my normal speeds.

I think some of the traffic from the South of the country might be going out via Jhb at the moment.
