Vodacom`s new branding

This weeks Game advert also has it, thought it was CellC until I looked closer.
 
Why do some people care so much about the rebranding ?

Can it get any worse ?
 
Probably gonna come with a data price increase. Things are only getting worse, not better...
 
Rebranding is a big thing... companies can spend Millions on rebranding and it can fail.

CapeAds is a good example.
I had to (with the rest of the production teams) change all the bloody logos and such.
I found out that a month or 2 after I left CapeAds that they changed it back to the old logo.

LOL!

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeediots!
 
Looks like they've just adopted their parent vodafone look and feel.
 
It's easy to miss as South Africans have already grown used to the Vodafone logo thanks to the Vodafone Live! service, and the Vodafone 3G logo used here since 2005.
 
Going see VodaCom change to vodacom on our phones,new sim cards to.Guess people saw the red from time to time
 
It's something that we will all get used to eventually , all we have to do is to get the rest of Vodafone to change their name to Vodacom .............lol
 
Does this mean they will be changing their website again? Oh the horror!

tehehehe. Someone actually mentioned that Vodafone is considering this as Vodafone is outdated now and the mobile space is no longer just about fones, but communications in general? Wonder if that is true.

I have heard this as well , but they wont be adopting our name
