Vodacom Stealing data

Just letting you guys know that vodacom has restored my data. Thanks!
 
Trouble with prepaid special offer at vodacom!
I took the vodacom prepaid special offer 3Gig. Valid for 4weeks until 08.05.
I consumed it until the 07.05., so all data was used. I reloaded prepaid special offer 3Gig prepaid new again at 07.05 and it
was valid to 05.06., I received the confirmation sms.
Suddenly at 09.05, my data bundle and the remaining airtime was completly used.
I thought it was a joke. I went to a vodacom shop, they could not help. They said I was online from 8:00 until the data were used.
Thats not true, I was only short in the net and checked my mails and a few websites.

I use it with my linux system, and know normally hopefully when somebody hacked my pc.
The sim is in an USB Huwai E220. I buy my prepaid airtime usually at checkers.
I have the feeling, they delete my second data bundle because of the first data bundle ended at 08.05?

Is it possible that my sim data is stolen online, copied??? This will be a desaster....
I think it is only possible if somebody has physically the sim or fraud is at the provider side.
I never give my USB modem to another person....
Maybe vodacom has a big problem?
Has somebody experience, tips? Makes it sence to swap to a new sim?
So I spend for two days internet R400...

Hi , i have added the data again , along with the money used when the data was forfeited.
 
@VodacomData: Many thanks for your help. VodacomData has refunded my data bundle and the rest of my air time.
 
Lol! I am having a problem with my 12 x 2GB BBS bundle. Thought I had 1.2 gig left for the month on the 12 x 2GB bundle in April, I was about to deplete my 20 gig bundle so I made sure I had enough for my download . Checked the next morning and I used over R200 of my cash balance . Checked my 12 x 2GB BBS bundle balance a few moments ago, 111 shows nothing. Went online, the vodacom site shows bundle is active but I can find a balance. I cant remember when I bought the 12 x 2GB BBS bundle so it might have expired or run out. Please help!
 
People, don't take these abuse from the corporate bullies anymore. Take a stand and complain, complain and complain. Eventually they will listen to us!
