On 03 April 2020, i contacted Vodacom Shop at Tablebay Mall for a Samsumg tablet. My contract was approved. They then ordered my tablet from one there other branches as they did not have any in stock at that time. this would have taken a day or 2...which did not happen. Lockdown came in and the store was closed. After the store opened up, i wanted to collect my tablet. Now they refuse to honor the contract for when i was approved for, but go onto a more expensive contract. This is NOT how to do business Vodacom!
