Everyone can have their living arrangement the way they want to, not judging.
Freshphone is a service free account, you only pay for airtime.
See it from a management perspective, they give you one sip account and one number is linked to that sip account, the billing and call forwarding, inbound, outbound and voicemail is linked into one solution, and they do it for free, they make a couple of cents for each minute.
So how do you want 2 numbers linked to two phones? Do you want call routing and show a number when making outbound calls? When you want to do that you need Hosted PBX, minimum 3 extensions and you can setup as any cobination your hart desire.
So take two free accounts, port a number to each, connect an ip phone to each line and use it as intended.
Please don’t complain if they don’t have a phone number with staff waiting in call centre to support free service, you can do everything online and it is automated.
All the othe VoIP providers have their own way of working. This make me wonder, what is wrong with Cool Ideas? I am a client, but ise my own solution for VoIP.
Please let us know why you want to move from CISP, just interested, so that I don’t advise my clients to use that.
