Hi, I've been asked to find out information on options for a group of 14 short-term rental flats. The owner has given me the following requirements, and am not sure what would be best-suited to the task:-
1. Direct inward dialing (DID)
2. Caller Line Identity (CLI)
3. Telephone Management System (TMS) for logging all call activity
4. An “extension phone” that will be able to call each room and then unlock the associated lobby door by pressing a key on the room phone
5. Budget Barring – being able to set a credit limit on the extension and then cut off the call when the credit has expired
6. Inter-room dialing
