HI Guys
We are an out bound call canter that is Mid Sized. We have about 40 agents and currently we have an asterisk based Auto dialler unix in flavor called vicidial.Due to the difficulty in supporting / finding reliable support for this Asterisk Based solution , i have been tasked with investigating a similar solution to replace the current system we have in place.

The Alternative Solution Has to be able to do the following

1. Autodial on all leads / campaigns laoded onto the voip server.
2.Be Able to record all telephonic conversations that agents do
3.The solution also hve to have an up time of aboput 99%
4.Support for this solutions has to be readily avaible and it also has to be easy to manage.

Any alternatives that you guys might suggest would be worth looking at

I am sure we can help you with Vicidial support. Drop me a PM with your details and I'll give you a call.

look at goautodial coupled to a freepbx with the high availability options (hot box) these need to run on separate machines you will need 3 in total...if you are not doing any transcoding or IVR, you do not need a IBM deep blue any decent spec i3 will do.

Hi Guys

The Company is looking at systems Like AVAYA . or Neshau's OFFICESERVE Suite. Would any of you guys be able to get me contacts, that might be able to give me pricing on such ? The company insists open source is not the way to go as the support is crappy here in SA

I really believe Vicidial is the way to go and my guess is you've already invested substantially in your existing infrastructure? Why throw that all away?

We have a number of large multi-server Vicidial sites that we fully configured and support. So I can tell you Vicidial does work. We've even done training for the people managing campaigns in Vicidial so they can take care of the day-to-day things. We can provide you with reference sites, demos etc. :)

Hi Guys

I can vouch for Clarotech. A good bunch of people and the experiences we have had with their support have all been good.
