After giving AH and AH green a last chance up to the end of this month i sign up with Vox. I'm already regretting it!!!!!!!!!!:mad: 6 Hours down the line and i still cant log in. Phone support with high hopes in fixing it only to talk to a drunk sounding call center operator giving lame excuses! My Afrihost experience the past two months all over again!

Exactly the same here, it does sound like a Friday night pi*sup at the call center, there is no motivation or enthusiasm. Seems this authentication problem has a list, and they will get to mine.... Grrrr

Dropped here to voice my anger with them.
Completely pi$$ed off. Their 100GB for R168 offer stated an end date of 31 July 2015...
... however the agent says it ended (early) at 5pm due to them being oversubscribed and having a backlog to provision.
WTF!!!! 31 July means 31 July not 5pm 31 July.
BUT... do I count myself lucky? At least I have a connection with AH.

How long does it take if I adjust my Fat Pipe additional cap setting? I'm capped but added an additional 5GB but I'm still redirected to the Vox portal every time I try to go to a website.
 
Can't believe you guys are pissed off about not getting the promo, lol. You had more than enough time.

It's my last few days on Mweb Uncapped, so have been making the most of it. Downloaded a few of my backlog games on Xbox live and Steam. Will switch back over to my Vox account in the morning.
 
Not happy at all.

Signed up for 100gb promo earlier this month and wanted to add another 100gb promo to my account.

Hopefully the Vox representative can sort this out on Monday as it is clearly not the end of the 31st yet. Even the website is still showing the special..... Bloody ridiculous!!!!!!

Absolutely stupid situation actually.
BTW the agent sounded, like others have said, seriously disinterested.
Are their after bus hrs agents based in a call center? Sounded like the guy was working away from the office. Not a professional interaction at all.
Is this the typical Vox service?

Thats the most common sense I've heard on this topic. You are totally right.

I popped them a mail so we will see on Monday how good their service is...... hopefully better that the ones on the telephones
